The Department of Business and Hospitality Management of Caritas Bianchi College of Careers offers students with both academic and vocational training that enable them to take up the relevant roles in the respective business, hospitality and property management fields by applying their creative thinking, techniques and skills. The Department offers an Associate degree in Business, Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Professional Diploma in Property Management. The Department has established strong industrial links with prestigious organisations such as The Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners (FHKHO), the Hong Kong Hotels Association (HKHA) and the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TICHK). The goal of the Department is to nurture all-round graduates to be Brilliant, Honest and Modest, who will become future leaders in the communities as well as professionals with Information Communication Technological (ICT) applications in the relevant industries and ethical values.

The content of this programme is in-depth and diversified, such as covering areas of aviation, cruise, hotel, and travel industry, etc., which does not only give me a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry, but also enhances my passion and determination to join the hospitality industry. Moreover, this programme also provides me an internship opportunity. This precious arrangement allows me to gain knowledge in the real-life work environment, which is not able to be obtained from text books, and increases my essential work experience of the industry. As a result, this programme allows me to obtain a wealth of knowledge both in theory and actual work experience.
